BUSINESS VALUE MULTIPLICATION™ PROCESS

 

 

We believe that many small business owners today miss out on truly growing a valuable company.  Of course there is value in creating jobs and an income for the owner, but has the “true value” of the company increased.  By “true value” we mean what the company would be worth if sold to a third party.

 

From the parable that Jesus tells us in Matthew 25: 14-30 about the Talents, (a monetary measure or coin) I arrive at a couple of key principles…

  • Our financial means is entrusted to us by our Master

  • Over a certain period of time, there is some expectation that we should multiply what we are given

  • Those who multiply what they are entrusted with will receive more

  • Doing nothing with what the Master has given us will receive condemnation
