THE PEł BUSINESS ASSESSMENT

Phase I |

|
In this first phase we survey each member of the leadership team to identify gaps in leadership, communications and processes. The results are charted along with comparisons with the owner’s scores.
Phase II |
|||
|
This second phase starts with a site visit to our client’s location. We interview a cross-section of the organizations employees and observe key processes over a 1 or 2 day period. An assessment report is written guided by the principles in the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria. Strengths, opportunities for improvement, and PEł Recommendations are clearly defined, actionable and can be taken into the organizations Strategic Planning Process.
