The mission of PE³ Consulting is “to help small business owners multiply the value of their business”.

Fred Herbert is the founder and of owner of PE³ Consulting.  The following is a list of some of his experience and affiliations.

• Owned and operated a successful printing company for 14 years

• Worked at Branch-Smith Printing for 8 years in Fort Worth, Texas as Quality Manager.  Fred played a key leadership role in their win of the 2002 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the 1999 Texas Quality Award (for more information about the Baldrige program go to http://www.nist.org.)

• Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner 2004 and 2007

• Texas Award for Performance Excellence Examiner for 2001 and 2002

• Speaker at 2006 PIAGATF/CIN Conference on the DMAIC process

Because of our association with the Hogan Center for Performance Excellence and the Institute of Management Consultants, PE³ has a large network of training and consulting expertise at our disposal.  We frequently partner with other experts to make sure our clients needs are addressed in every area including sales, leadership, and employee development.

HOW WE WORK

PE³ will tailor our approach to best meet your organizational needs.  We take great pains to make sure our involvement does not jeopardize operations and resources.  We can help with as little as a one-time training or consulting event to a several year engagement with weekly or monthly visits.
